Prior to becoming an attorney, Baez was a Senior Drill Sergeant in the United States Army and a Critical Care Nurse. It was during this time, that he realized the injustice that was being conducted in the medical arena and in the area of personal injury. Baez has conducted hundreds of litigation cases from the pre-trial aspect, discovery, to trial. He obtained hundreds of settlements for clients and their families and will continue to fight for the rights of the unfortunate. He also handles police brutality cases for the firm. Currently, Baez is the president and senior litigator at The Baez Law Firm, P.C. He is married and has three children. He attends Community Bible Church and is an active participant in the adult choir. Read more.
