Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Baez was a Senior Drill
Sergeant in the United States Army, and a  Critical Care
Nurse. It was during this time, that Mr. Baez realized the
injustice that was been conducted in the medical arena and in
the area of personal injury. Mr. Baez decided that he               
was going to do something about it, and the rest is history.

Mr. Baez was a partner at the litigation firm Ortiz Law
Offices, P.C., prior to forming The Baez Law Firm, P.C. Mr.
Baez has conducted hundreds of litigation cases from the
pre-trial aspect,  discovery, to trial. Mr. Baez has obtained
hundreds of settlements for clients and their families, and will
continue to fight for the rights of the unfortunate.
